we are not the chemicals

Our lives are not determined by what happens to us but by how we react to what happens.

Not by what life brings to us, but by the attitude we bring to life.

A positive attitude causes a chain reaction of positive thoughts, events, and outcomes.

It is a catalyst, a spark that creates extraordinary results.

In the end are we reacting or responding , growing or dying ,learning or forgetting what is learnt,

You can do anything, but not everything.

You can do anything, but not everything.

Perfection is achieved, not when there is nothing more to add, but when there is nothing left to take away.

We also need to know that the richest man is not he who has the most, but he who needs the least.

Whenever we come across any opportunity we need to remind ourselves that we miss 100 percent of the shots we never take.

So try ,try and try  is the core formula to success .

While Courage is not the absence of fear, but rather the judgment that something else is more important than fear.

We must produce the change we wish to see in the world.
When hungry, eat our rice, when tired, close our eyes. And take long rest.

Fools will always laugh at one, but wise men will know what that mean.

Are we nailing down every body with the same hammer?  If yes then what needs to be changed them or us that’s the question

We are what we repeatedly do, excellence, then, is not an act but a habit.
A wise man gets more use from his enemies than a fool from his friends. Always learn from everybody around you.
Do not seek to follow in the footsteps of the men of old, seek what they sought.

Watch your thoughts; they become words.
Watch your words; they become actions.
Watch your actions; they become habits.
Watch your habits; they become character.
Watch your character; it becomes your destiny.

Never Ever Give Up

Stephen King never gave up from pennies to riches

We see now Stephen King is successful writer. His books have sold millions creating wealth for the master of the horror story. The writing field is filled with writers whose writing is never published. Their writing read by very few, sales minimal at best. Definitely not a way to make a living. Many give up their dream to be published or use their own funds to make their books available to the masses. Their books find few customers, boxes of their books end up in a landfill or become fuel for heat. Many give up their dream believing it is not possible. They forget that every successful author began somewhere. Some of the most successful have been in the same position. Struggling to get by, working menial jobs while writing, hoping for that first sale. Many continue to find success limited and fleeting when it does occur. Making a living is out of the question. Very bleak news for new writers if they believe this is all that is possible. The King of Horror, a name that is now familiar to a majority of Americans, experience as a writer was no different. Stephen King struggled, worked as a janitor, in a Laundromat and taught English.  All the while he worked in low paying jobs, making it difficult to pay bills.   His childhood was not easy.  His dad left their home when Stephen was 2.  His mom worked menial jobs to get by.  Stephen realized a sense of what it was like to be taken advantage of.  He sold a few stories, encouraging him to continue to write in what little spare time he had.  A novel Carrie, Stephen's first successful novel was pulled out of the garbage can by Tabitha, Stephens wife who submitted it to Doubleday.  He won a prize of $2500.  Their lives really changed when reprint writes were awarded to Mr King.     Lessons we can learn from Mr King

1.  He never gave up his passion for what he loved to do.

2.  He wasn't afraid of others reading his work

3.  He continued to work to pay his bills, thus being responsible.

4.  Tabitha his wife believed in him, very important.

5.  Stephen King never gave up in spite of rejections.

6.  Each sale encouraged him further.

7.  Patience paid off.

No matter what passion you have, it is important to follow a dream.  Never give up.   You may one day be pleasantly surprised and fortunate to be discovered.  Anything can happen You too could find miracles happen if you life.

Success begins with a person’s will

Mind power is really a practice, the more you practice the better you get and the important part to remember that when it comes to working with mind power you can never really stop.

To get the benefits of working with your subconscious mind and directing the power of your mind and subconscious mind you should develop a daily practice.
This daily subconscious mind activity should include tracking your thoughts, thinking about the positive aspects of life, focusing on what you want, being more optimistic, focusing on solutions and thinking about how things can work out.
At first this process can be challenging but as you continue to do follow a routine it gets easier.
To actively direct your subconscious mind power you should aim to eliminate as many negative thoughts as possible.
Keep in mind that you won't be able to eliminate all the negative thoughts. And while you’re subconscious mind will pick up on all your thoughts it will only follow the thoughts that are tied to a strongly held belief. These are what your subconscious mind sees as instructions.
Developing your mind power is about developing your ability to instruct your subconscious mind power by working with the conscious aspects of your mind, such as your thoughts and beliefs.

Change your thoughts, change your beliefs and make sure that they're in line with what you want to achieve - that's how you develop mind power and that's how you instruct the power of your subconscious mind.

Life’s battles don’t always go
To the stronger or faster man,
But soon or late the man who wins
Is the man “WHO THINKS HE CAN.”

A Full Glass of Milk

Very nice story to spread to...

One day, a poor boy who was selling goods from door to door to pay, for his hungry stomach, decided he would ask for a meal at the next house.

On the way through school, he found he had only one thin dime left and he was very hungry.

However, he lost his nerve when a lovely young woman opened the door. Instead of a meal he asked for a drink of water.

The woman thought he looked hungry, so brought him a large glass of milk.

He drank it slowly, and then asked, 'How much do I owe you?' 'You don't owe me anything,' she replied. 'Mother has taught us, never to accept payment for a kindness.'

He said...'Then I thank you from my heart.'

Year's later that young woman became critically ill. The local doctors were baffled. They finally sent her to the big city, where they called in specialists to study her rare disease.

Dr. Howard Kelly was called in for the consultation. When he heard the name of the town she came from, a strange light filled his eyes.

Immediately he rose and went down the hall of the hospital to her room. Dressed in his doctor's gown he went in to see her. He recognized her at once.

He went back to the consultation room determined to do his best to save her life, from that day he gave special attention to the case.

After a long struggle, the battle was won. Dr. Kelly requested the business office to pass the final bill to him for approval.

He looked at it, then wrote something on the edge and the bill was sent to her room.

The woman feared opening it, for she was sure it would take the rest of her life to pay for it all.

Finally she looked, and something caught her attention on the side of the bill. She read these words... 'Paid in full with one glass of milk'. Signed, Dr.Howard Kelly.

Tears of joy flooded her eyes as her happy heart prayed: Thank You, God, that Your love has spread abroad through human hearts and hands.'

Positive Mental Attitude

Positive Mental Attitude

A positive mental attitude allows you to build on hope and overcome despair and discouragement. By developing the possessing PMA, you will find your state of mind is consistently whole some healthy, and productive in your reactions to other people and in choosing actions that will lead you to whatever worthy things you want in life. It is wonder that PMA is called “I CAN - I WILL” PHILOSOPHY.

When you have PMA you are happy with yourself and with others. You will posses that inner air, that Inner Light, that inner feeling that allows you to have self-respect and beneficial feelings. You will attract goodwill and circumstances and repel negative ones. The effects of PMA are automatic, but attaining it is not.

PMA requires a continual process of application. It is not something to use at your convenience. It is an essential part of the way you live. PMA must become a habit with you, so ingrained that you demonstrate it always. By regular application of PMA, you can practice it without conscious thought, the way you button or tie your shoe. It must and can be as a natural as breathing. As a road sign in upper New York state one said, “chose your rut carefully, you will be in it for the next ten miles.”

You want a self-motivator that reinforces the key aspects of PMA in your life. If you know you have a particular attitude that you want to overcome, you can tailor your self-motivator to address it.

Because your self-motivator will become such an integral part of your life, choose one that reflects your noblest convictions, in this way you will be reminded and inspired always to act in conformity with them. Your goal is to become a congruent person making the person you say you are and the person you really are some.

A SELF-MADE WALL OF NEGATIVE SELF-TALK
Many of us evenly don’t know that how much we are negative with words and with sentences which we are using for ourselves in routine of our lives. They are bad enough to repeat so please avoid.
